Grading of Pistachio
There are usually three grades of each
pistachio variety: large, medium, and small.
After dehumidify freshly harvested pistachio
nuts and processing in a line of several special machines
to get the split (suture) dry nuts, they are sorted according
to their sizes in sieving machine.
In commercial terms, the size are grading
converted to the average number of nuts in a once weight,
which varies for different vars.

the crops to improve the hygiene of its products.
